I have fallen in love with C.S. Lewis quotes. For some reason, they speak to me. They reveal thoughts that have been hidden in my heart. I thought I would share a few of my favorites:
---A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word, 'darkness' on the walls of his cell.
---Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point.
---I gave in, and admitted that God was God.
---It is in the process of being worshipped that God communicates His presence to men.
---Relying on God has to begin all over again every day as if nothing had yet been done.
---Tribulations cannot cease until God either sees us remade or sees that our remaking is now hopeless.
And my favorite:
---God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but SHOUTS in our pains: it is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world.

I've missed you, Annie.
Of your quotes, "I gave in, and admitted that God was God." speaks to me the most. That's where I am. God is God...who am I to question or do things on my own. He knows what's best. He loves me the best. He's God and I'm letting Him be in charge. It takes so much pressure off of me!
Love ya! Dont' be a stranger to your blog - although I know the computer situation is no fun.
